The Southern Republican Leadership Conference gave an expected show of an extreme public relations program Republicans have been utilizing since before time.
The plan is simple; beat into American people the three step plan of "Republicanization" or in layman's terms, bullshit.
Step one is commonly used and a politician's most coveted weapon: Dehumanization. First, in order to defeat an enemy, Newt Gingrich (former house speaker) refers to the Obama Administration as a "Secular, socialist machine"
Explaination of this terminology is easily derived from the obvious utilization of the notion of a machine. Rather than refer to the people he has in mind, Gingrich perfers to group them in a term that Amercan's can easily digest as "Bad News Bears". Because everyone knows that Republicans are playing towards your dumb side, the one usually caught staring at the television.
After one can successfully get the dummys on-board the next course of action is to exemplify one's concerns for a massive lie about the Democrats. Not that the Democrats' actions are always harmonious, but one has to keep in mind that the constant repition of lies on television appear as truths due to the simple notion of "Who's gonna lie on live TV? ... Repeatedly?"
The answer is easy: Republicans. Not only do they express a constant fear of Obama and the Democrats as "an evil force bent on totalitarianism", but they never give reasoning behind these accusations. They just know.
Sell a lie about a lie; sounds like an easy job for PUBLIC RELATIONS.
Third, hints of prejudice sauteed nicely in political jargon. The most shocking comparison made was that of President Obama's actions with that of actions on a Basketball court(a sport in which is predominately African American). White Big Wig Fat Cats, with a hand constantly protecting their wallets, will eat this up and ask for seconds.
"But what does this mean for us," you say? Well, only a prophet could solve that, but all that can be said now is "GOD BLESS AMERICA."
Also in the words of Hunter S. Thompson, "Buy the ticket, take the ride." Be wary of the ticket in your hand, there is still time to switch flights.
